New smartphones

Since the Apple iPhone revolutionized the way we look at the mobile phone, and basically invented the smartphone genre, many imitators have come onto the market trying to take a bite of the apple for themselves; these new smartphones all play on the availability of new technology, and one of the biggest selling points has been the way that they use computer style operating systems to run their functions.

Taking a look at the raft of new smartphones on the market, perhaps the closest challenger in overall terms to the iPhone dominance comes from the Nokia pair – E71 and E96 – both of which are very capable devices indeed, but for business use the Blackberry Storm has few challengers, being as capable a phone as any when used in the commercial world.

Of the other new smartphones the T-Mobile G1 is an interesting contender, although it suffers from the tendency to be overweight and large that many such devices do, but if you are looking for the best smartphones there is plenty of information available – particularly on the internet – along with detailed reviews and specifications.

Each ones offers something different – a unique selling point – so take your time to investigate the one that will do the job for you.
